Whoa. I've seen that facial expression before. On my ex-boyfriend, when I'd come home from work to find him sitting at the kitchen table with a beer in his hand, wearing a ratty old housecoat (open, of course, the better to air out his junk).
This is Dubya, ever the diplomat, in Vienna last week. But photoshop a ratty old housecoat (open) in place of the suit, and it's ... frighteningly familiar.
