Oh shit
Yay, I have hydro and cable (for the time being), but it's an intermittent kinda thing. The lights are flickering and my internet is acting weird: almost as slow as dial-up and crashing occasionally. Could this be because one of the cables that wires me into the WWW is partly lying on the ground?
I really hope like hell I don't lose power, because the hydro guys say it'll be wednesday before it's back up for the 250,000 peeps who are already powerless. The real issue out here in the sticks where we have well water is that "powerless" = "showerless". So having said that, I'd probably be wise to get one while I still can.
Oh and later we're supposed to get 7" of snow. Whoopee!!!
