Iran ready for serious talks about nukes

almost. Today was the deadline given to the UN Security Council by Iranian President (and ultra-loquacious blogger) Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for commencement of talks on Iran's nuclear program. Chief Nuclear Negotiator (aw, cool... I bet he got that title in lieu of a raise) Ali Larijani hand-delivered Iran's response which rejected the west's offer of incentives in exchange for Iran's suspension of its nuke program. He said the response was prepared to "pave the way for talks" and that Iran will be ready to start actual talks... tomorrow.
