Hunting industry threatened (bears too)

Trophy-hunting businesses and the government of Nunavut are growling after last week's proposal by the bush administration to add polar bears to the US endangered species list. They say it will hurt their economy, which relies on fat-assed red staters to come up here and make rugs out of our polar bears.

Well, boo-fucking-hoo. If I get downsized out of my job, I get another one. So if the hunting guides are getting "endangered specied" out of the bear business, they should get into something else. Or better yet, push our scientifically-challenged federal government to start doing something about global warming, which is why polar bears are becoming endangered in the first place.
