Heads in a duffel bag, Canadian-style

Details are starting to emerge from the 17 Toronto terrorist suspects' court appearances and they aren't pretty. The would-be terrorists allegedly plotted to storm parliament, blow up some buildings, take politicians hostage, and on threat of beheading the hostages, demand the withdrawl of Canadian troops from Afghanistan. (One guy specifically wanted to behead Stephen Harper -- much as I don't like Stephen Harper, I'd rather get rid of him in a voting booth.) Another plot was to take over the CBC (this must have some righties chuckling).

At first blush, this sounds way out there, but with 3 tons of ammonium nitrate, it could happen.
