Still on the subject of heads. The brain, although it only makes up about 2% of a body's weight, requires 20% of its energy resources to function properly. The more fresh new blood you get circulating around your brain, the better it works: therefore it could be said that exercise will make you smarter. Particularly aerobic exercise, which works the cardiovascular system and optimizes its ability to keep the blood flowing. So don't just sit there reading this, go out for a run!
